“All good except the beds were hard as a rock to sleep on. The pillows need updating. A little flimsy”

“Coffee machine in room didn't work. Tv didn't work... needed new batteries. I have a ramp van and parked in the handicapped parking spot appropriately. When I came out to leave, someone had told another guest they could park next to me in the marked "aisle". When I went to leave, I couldn't access my vehicle and had to wait for person to come move their car before I could leave”

“It was not for me personally. I cannot hike, kayak, fish because I am 75 yrs old. I simply went there to rest and that I managed to do. Also, I could not walk to the washroom every time I needed to go. I was afraid of falling at night because I am prone to falls. I had to buy some items to be able to function-a bowl, wine glass and some spoons. My fault- I should have read the fine print more carefully. Plus, the bed was so high for me I actually fell once trying to get in bed. LOL”

“We didn't arrive until late. When we got there the place was freezing cold. There was an AC wlindow unit that had a heat setting. After 15 minutes it was still blowing cool air. So we saw a space heater. When we plugged the space heater in, it blew the breaker. We decided to just use the space heater since the window unit was blowing cool air. We were exhausted so we went to bed. The space heater said it was 52 degrees. There was no thermostat so Im guessing it was fairly accurate. Least to……
